The customer’s IT13 encountered an error during partitioning while reinstalling Windows via the Windows Creation Tool. Now the device boots directly into BIOS only. Attempts to adjust the boot order fail, Secure Boot cannot be disabled, and no operating system can be detected on the hard drive.
If the machine boots straight into BIOS upon power‑on, it indicates that the OS installation on the drive failed or got corrupted. Please reinstall the system using the official system image provided on our website.
