Failed to create windows partitions

1. Check whether the customer has set a hard drive password lock in BIOS; if yes, the lock needs to be disabled first.
2. If no hard drive password protection was configured, the problem is most likely caused by BitLocker. For Microsoft Windows 11, BitLocker is enabled by default once a Microsoft account is logged in. It will activate when the computer’s hardware configuration changes, preventing data on the hard drive from being modified or erased.

Solutions

1. Boot into the original operating system, disable BitLocker via system settings, then reinstall the OS. Refer to the tutorial below:

2. If the original system is corrupted and unbootable, the situation will be more complicated. You may attempt to disable BitLocker by entering Safe Mode.

3. If the above methods fail, the hard drive will need to be replaced.
