Only one USB‑C monitor detected after power cycle; second monitor needs cable re‑plug

Problem Description 

I have connected two USB‑C monitors, and both work correctly immediately. However, after cutting off power to the mini‑PC and powering it back on, the system only detects one of the two USB‑C monitors. To get the second monitor to work, I have to unplug and re‑plug the USB‑C cable, then the screen lights up. I have tried various settings in the BIOS, but none resolved the issue.

Solution 

This is related to USB4 port firmware compatibility and requires a USB4 firmware upgrade, which cannot be performed by the end‑user. Apart from replacing the unit, the following workarounds are available:

1. Change the display connection method: connect one monitor via the USB‑C port, and the other via the HDMI port.
2. Power the monitors independently before connecting them to the mini‑PC.
