We regret to inform you that none of our current models are sold as barebone units. All products come with RAM and storage included.

Sorry, the MEGAMINI G1 has been discontinued in all markets except Japan. You may consider other models available on our website.

We provide models equipped with AMD Ryzen 9 processors, such as the A7 Max (Ryzen 9 7940HS) and A8 Max (Ryzen 9 8945HS). Both models support up to 64GB of dual-channel DDR5 RAM.

Currently, our official website generally offers configurations with 32GB or 16GB RAM. You can purchase higher-capacity DDR modules to upgrade the memory according to your needs.

All models and configurations currently available for sale are displayed on our official website. If the configuration you need is not shown, it means it is either temporarily unavailable or out of stock. However, our mini PCs support storage expansion, so you can upgrade to your desired capacity on your own after purchase if you wish.

Our PCs come with fixed configurations. After assembly, they will be safely packaged and shipped immediately. Therefore, after the order is confirmed, we cannot add additional components such as memory or SSD.

However, our systems are designed to support user self-upgrades. After receiving the PC, you can install compatible accessories by yourself.

In the currently available configurations for direct order on the official website, we only provide some fixed specifications (e.g., 16G+1TB). We have not yet opened all capacity options for online customization.

Sorry, we do not provide memory modules for separate purchase. You can buy memory modules that meet the A8's specifications on platforms like Amazon. Recommended brands include Crucial, Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron.

Our memory (DDR) and solid-state drives (SSD) mainly use brands such as Kingston, Lexar, Wooposit, and Crucial. The prices of memory and SSD accessories are greatly affected by market fluctuations. In addition, to avoid batch failure issues, we do not fix the use of the same model of accessories for a specific product line.

If you purchase our product, the 32GB memory configuration you receive may consist of a single 32GB memory module or two 16GB memory modules. The 16GB memory configuration may consist of a single 16GB memory module or two 8GB memory modules.

The wireless keyboard and mouse come with a USB receiver. Open the cover on the bottom of the mouse, take out the receiver from inside, then plug it into your computer.

All models on our official website support Linux. They come pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro, and users can also install Linux-based operating systems (such as Ubuntu) on their own.

The hardware is fully compatible with no driver issues, making them ideal for Linux-based scenarios including development and office work.
