Discount FAQ

• Click the user icon at the top right corner of the official website to enter the registration page and create a new account.
• After registration is complete, the 5% discount code will be automatically sent to your registered email.
• Please make sure to register with a valid email address to receive the discount code and order notifications.

We currently do not have dedicated student/teacher/military discounts, but new users can receive a 5% discount code after registering on the official website. Some products also have exclusive promotional offers, so you can check the promotional prices.

• To use a discount code, you need to first copy the code, go to the shopping cart page, paste it into the "Coupon Code" input box, then click "APPLY COUPON" to activate it.

• You can also apply the discount code on the final order page by clicking "Have a promo code? Click here." on the right side of the page, then entering the code.

Question: Why is the price displayed on the homepage different from the product detail page/cart price?

Answer:

• The price shown on the product page image is the discounted price after using the discount code (excluding tax). When added to the cart, the price shown is the pre-discount price. You need to enter the discount code shown on the product page on the order page to get the discounted price.
• Sometimes the product configuration at that price may be sold out, and the image has not been updated in time. In this case, you can contact customer service for the specific restock time.

Question: Does the first order discount also apply to orders using the Spring promotion discount code?

Answer:

Only one discount can be selected for each order; discounts cannot be combined.

Question: What is the discounted price for the GEEKOM A6 16GB + 1TB SSD?

Answer:

The product page will display the current promotion and provide the corresponding discount code. The price shown on the product image is the discounted price after using the discount code (excluding tax). You can enter the corresponding discount code at checkout to get the final discounted price.

Question: I just placed an order but forgot to apply the $50 discount. What should I do?

Answer:

Normally, to use a discount code, you need to first copy the code, go to the shopping cart page, paste it into the  "Coupon Code" input box, then click "APPLY COUPON" to activate it.

In this case, we can offer you two solutions:

Option A: Refund $50 to you via the original payment method.

Option B: You can choose a free accessory as compensation. Available accessories are:
