Yes, you can contact our customer service staff to inquire about the latest bank transfer address. After the transfer, you need to provide a screenshot of the bank payment, which we will use to verify and confirm with the finance department.
However, we recommend that you purchase through a bank card on our official website, as this is more cost-effective because you do not need to pay VAT. If you pay via bank transfer, VAT must be paid.
Q2. Can I pay with a teacher card?
Currently, we do not accept teacher cards or teacher subsidies as a payment method. We recommend choosing other supported payment channels.
Q3. Can I pay in installments?
You can check the different installment options provided on our website. You need to verify your eligibility for installments through platforms such as PayPal and check how many installments you can pay according to the specific policies of the corresponding platform.

You can completely place a new order on our website and choose your preferred payment method. The current order with bank transfer selected, if payment is not completed, will be automatically canceled and will not be processed.
If you still want to pay via bank transfer, you can contact our customer service staff to provide the corresponding bank account information.
Q2. How to resolve the "The email id is blocked" error message when placing an order?
"The email id is blocked" usually means that your email account has been temporarily restricted by the system security mechanism. Please contact customer service and provide your email address; we will immediately check and lift the restriction for you.
Q3. I paid via PayPal, but the order is not valid. My PayPal account shows: Authorization in process.
This payment is still pending authorization on PayPal's side.We recommend you contact PayPal Customer Support to verify the exact status of this transaction.
You may also try to cancel this pending authorized transaction, place a new order and complete the payment, then check if the issue persists.

Q3. Is it possible to get a separate refund for the Windows 11 Pro license fee?
The Microsoft Windows license pre-installed on the mini PC is a hardware-bound OEM genuine license sold together with the entire device. Therefore, a separate refund for the license is not available.
