Step1:Verify Bluetooth Hardware Status
-
Open Device Manager (Right-click "This PC" → Manage → Device Manager, or Win + X → Device Manager).
Look under "Bluetooth" or "Network adapters" for the Bluetooth module (common in mini PCs: MediaTek MT7921, intel Wi-Fi 6e AX200/AX210,Realtek RTL8852, etc..)
A yellow exclamation mark indicates driver issues; no Bluetooth entry suggests missing driver or hardware not detected. It is recommended to visit the GEEKOM technical support website to download and install the corresponding Bluetooth driver.
Step2:Enable Bluetooth Service and Settings
Press Win + A to open Quick Settings and ensure Bluetooth toggle is on.
-
Go to Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Ensure Bluetooth is toggled on, then click "Add device".
-
Restart Bluetooth service: Win + R → services.msc → Find Bluetooth Support Service → Restart and set to Automatic.
Step3:Update or Reinstall Drivers
In Device Manager, right-click Bluetooth device → Update driver → Search automatically.
If unsuccessful, recommended to visit the GEEKOM technical support website to download and install the corresponding Bluetooth driver.
-
If you are using an Intel brand network card, you can directly search for the network card model in your browser and select the official Intel website to obtain the latest driver.
If you are using the MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7922 network card, you can download the latest driver for this model. This version has been verified by the GEEKOM testing department.

Step4:The network card (Wi-Fi + Bluetooth) antenna is detached
-
WiFi Or Bluetooth Antenna Dislodged
Antenna Connection Status Corresponding WiFi Signal Antennas typically feature a snap-fit design. Dislodgement of the snap-fit mechanism commonly occurs due to vibrations during disassembly/transport or loosening after repeated connection/disconnection. In most cases, it can be re-snapped into place without tools, but the operation must be performed with extreme gentleness.
- The end of the antenna cable is a small, round connector (U.FL/IPEX connector), which mates with a corresponding small, golden, raised socket (contact pin) on the WiFi card.
- Vertical Alignment: Align the connector directly above the socket (do not tilt it! Tilting can cause damage).
- Gentle Pressing: Use the tip of tweezers or a finger to press down evenly until a faint click is heard (indicating the snap-fit has locked).
- Verification: Gently tug the cable (horizontally). It should not come off easily (but do not pull hard!).
- If two antennas are dislodged, they should generally be reconnected to their corresponding color-coded sockets——Gray (AUX) / Black (Main).
Step5:System-Level Repairs
Run Bluetooth troubleshooter: Settings → System → Troubleshoot → Other troubleshooters → Bluetooth → Run.
If still unresolved, consider System Restore or clean Windows reinstall (keep files).
Final Recommendation
If all steps fail, it may be hardware failure ( damaged module, common in mini PCs); contact GEEKOM Service for warranty or professional repair.
