Need to confirm your GEEKOM device's exact specs? Beyond your online order, you can verify it physically in two scenarios:
Scenario 1: The device turns on and runs normally.
A. Recommended (Fastest & Most Accurate): Check in the BIOS Menu
The BIOS defaults to displaying all hardware configuration information of the current GEEKOM device, including the model, serial number (SN), CPU model, RAM brand and capacity, and SSD brand and capacity. This information is also the most accurate.
Viewing Method (2 minutes):
- A Bluetooth keyboard may not be able to enter the BIOS menu.
- When you see the GEEKOM logo, it indicates that the device is loading the BIOS. The system begins to load once the logo disappears.

Therefore, during startup or restart of the machine, you need to repeatedly press the Del or Delete key (or the Esc key on some models) before the GEEKOM logo appears in order to enter the BIOS menu.

As shown in the following image, the default configuration information can be found under the BIOS Main menu. To see detailed specs on certain models, select the
SysInformationoption within that menu.
B. Easiest Method: Check within Windows

To view the current device configuration via System Information, refer to the image below.
Step 1: Press the Win + Rkeys on your desktop.
Step 2: TypeMsinfo32and press Enter.Step 3: In the System Information window that opens, you can view details such as the Model, OS Version, BIOS Version, EC Version, and Installed Memory (RAM). Viewing Process -
To view the current device configuration via Task Manager, refer to the image below.
a. Open Task Manager by right-clicking the Windows taskbar icon. b. In Task Manager, go to the Performance tab (as shown).
c. Review the listed hardware details: CPU, Memory, Disk (SSD), Ethernet/Wi-Fi, and GPU.Viewing Process
Scenario 2: The device does not power on.
C. Physical Inspection: Requires technical skill (disassembly required)
Important Note: This method requires a screwdriver for physical disassembly. The disassembly process varies by device model and can range in difficulty. For specific instructions, please refer to the article below and proceed with caution.

Disassembling the device allows you to visually inspect and confirm the following hardware details:
• Memory (RAM): Brand and Capacity
• Storage Drive (HDD/SSD): Brand and Capacity
• Network Adapter: Model
D. Check External Label: See sticker on the bottom of the device packaging
Each GEEKOM device box lists its detailed specs. The SN on the color box matches the SN on the back of the unit.
E. Alternate BIOS Method: Use as a supplementary approach
If your GEEKOM device powers on (showing the logo) but fails to load the OS, you can likely still access the BIOS to check its hardware configuration. Try entering the BIOS setup.
