As a Microsoft partner, GEEKOM uses source files provided by Microsoft. However, the system on GEEKOM devices includes built-in driver and language packs, optimized for better compatibility and stable performance with GEEKOM hardware.

No. The activation key is bound to the hardware. Reinstalling Windows 11 Pro will automatically reactivate once connected to the internet. Other versions (Home, Enterprise) cannot be activated automatically. If your Windows credentials expire, you can use the KEY query tool provided by GEEKOM to check the activation key for your device (ensure your current system version is correct). If activation still fails, please contact GEEKOM customer service for new activation credentials.

Yes. GEEKOM devices are pre-installed with Windows 11 and meet all its hardware requirements, including TPM support, which is included on all GEEKOM devices.
