Hard drive password

My device prompts me to enter a hard drive password, but I have never set one. Moreover, I cannot reset or disable this option in the BIOS.

This screenshot indicates the hard drive has been temporarily locked due to excessive incorrect password attempts. It is recommended not to make further attempts. The hard drive password feature can only be enabled manually by the user in BIOS settings and will not turn on automatically. Once set, the password is stored in the hard drive’s controller chip with hardware encryption. Resetting or updating the BIOS will not remove it, and our support team does not have the authority to modify or clear this password. If the customer forgets the password, the hard drive will become unusable.
