Four antennas are not pre-installed at the factory. Customers need to install them according to their own requirements.
The nuts and spring washers for SMA connectors are included in the original package, as shown in the picture below.
No special tools are required for installation. Simply remove the bottom cover, then manually feed the included antennas through to the exterior. See the picture below.
