The FUN9 shuts down automatically while running graphics-intensive applications or games. The system is equipped with an NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 graphics card. Initially, an NVIDIA RTX 3060 was installed. However, with that GPU, the computer would shut down immediately after launching games such as Tempest Rising and Cyberpunk. The customer suspected the graphics card was the culprit and purchased the Quadro RTX 4000. With the new card installed, the automatic shutdown occurs later, but the system still powers off after game launch.

If the entire machine cuts power abruptly and fans stop spinning (rather than just showing a black screen or the game closing), the issue is most likely power supply related. You may perform a reduced-load test: Limit the game framerate to 30 or 60 FPS. If supported by the graphics card, temporarily reduce its power limit to approximately 70%–80%. If there is noticeable improvement, the fault is load-related.

The reference power consumption of the RTX 3060 is around 170W, while the Quadro RTX 4000 is rated at 160W; the difference is not significant.
