After the BIOS update, the system powers on and the fan spins, but there is no video output and it cannot complete the POST self‑test.
First check whether the boot logo can be displayed. If the logo fails to show up, the BIOS flash has failed. This issue cannot be resolved by the end user. The options are either sending it to a third-party repair shop to reflash the BIOS by removing the chip after disassembly, or replacing the whole unit.
