Once the download is complete, insert a U disk larger than 8G into the computer (be sure to save the U disk data), launch Rufus, and begin creating a boot U disk.
- Device: Select the prepared boot U disk.
- Choosing a Boot Type: Choose the ubuntu-20.04.4 image file that you downloaded.
- File management system: Make FAT32 the default file system.
- Click Start to deploy.

4.How to install Ubuntu?

After booting the U disk, insert it into the Mini PC where the system is to be installed, press the power button to turn it on, then quickly press “F7” several times and select the U disk to begin the installation.
Ubuntu is selected by default.
Choose a language and click Install Ubuntu to proceed to the next step.
Choose the keyboard for your regional language and move on to the next step.
Select “I don’t want to connect to a Wi-Fi network right now” and proceed to the next step.
Select “Normal installation” and proceed to the next step.
Section1:If you want to install both Windows and Ubuntu on a single SSD, select: Install Ubuntu alongside Windows Boot Manager.
Section2:If you want to install only Ubuntu, select the second option: Erase disk and install Ubuntu
Install it by default.
Move on.
Identify the region.
Create a user name and password (confirm the password when setting the password).
Wait for it to be loaded into the system.
Restart the system to complete the installation.
5.How to set Ubuntu as the Boot option #1?
- Press “Del/Delete” or "ESC" on the keyboard quickly to enter the BIOS setup interface.

Select to enter the “Boot” option——>Select the “UEFI NVME Drive BBS Priorities” option

Set Boot option #1 “Ubuntu” as the first boot item
Set Boot option #2 “Windows Boot Manager” as the second boot item

Press “F4” to save & exit

The dual system setup is complete. Boot up again and start using the Ubuntu system.
