FAQ
How to Enter the BIOS Menu?
The BIOS menu is an essential basic display function of computer devices. Normally, when booting up, the BIOS loads first, followed by the operating system. Whether you can enter the BIOS menu is often used to determine whether the device has experienced hardware-related failures.
- A Bluetooth keyboard may not be able to enter the BIOS menu. It is recommended to prioritize using a wired keyboard, followed by a wireless keyboard (2.4G).
- When you see the GEEKOM logo, it indicates that the device is loading the BIOS. The system begins to load once the logo disappears.
-
Therefore, during startup or restart of the machine, you need to repeatedly press the Del or Delete key (or the Esc key on some models) before the GEEKOM logo appears in order to enter the BIOS menu.

BIOS Display Mode
- Default Mode:To facilitate user operation, the BIOS menu in default mode displays frequently used BIOS function options, allowing users to configure settings directly without navigating through complex BIOS menus.
-
Full Display Mode:It is disabled by default. Once enabled, an Advanced section will be added. The BIOS menu in this mode is more suitable for users experienced with BIOS function settings. Even so, certain options should be configured with caution, as improper settings may cause device malfunctions.
