Sporadic system crashes; frequent crashes when running high-load games (graphically intensive applications).
- Crashes during high-load gaming do not always indicate hardware defects. All games have official hardware requirements. If your device fails to meet the minimum specifications, frequent crashes or severe stuttering will occur. You may look up the official minimum system requirements for the game online.
Perform a memory test to check for stability issues on the device
To further verify whether there is a hardware fault with the device’s memory, we recommend using the widely recognized third-party memory testing tool MemTest86.
Test steps: After downloading the file, save it to a USB flash drive. Restart the PC, repeatedly press the F7 key during boot, select the USB drive as the boot device, and wait for the test to run automatically—no extra operations are needed.
If numerous errors appear in the test results, it confirms a hardware failure in the memory module.
