The machine consistently crashes during boot (roughly after one minute), then reboots repeatedly and crashes again. It then enters the diagnostic screen but the issue cannot be resolved. Memory and storage tests were performed and both passed. A Windows reinstall was attempted, yet it failed due to continuous crashing.
This screen is merely the automatic system recovery prompt, similar to a blue screen. It only indicates Windows Startup Repair failed, and cannot be used to directly conclude there is a hardware fault.
In theory, this should not affect the system installer stored on the USB drive. The failed OS installation may stem from the system image used or operational errors. An incomplete installation will also cause the machine to boot into this screen.
First, verify whether the hardware environment of this unit is stable. Press the hotkey (DEL or ESC) repeatedly on boot to enter the BIOS menu. Leave it idle without making any changes, then wait several minutes to see if the machine stays powered on.
If the display remains unchanged while idle, try reinstalling the operating system. If installation fails with our official image, an error code will typically be generated, which you may send to our support team.
