IT12. We would like to know if these units can be powered by a USB-C monitor that delivers 90W power.
- First, confirm whether the USB4 port of your device supports PD power input. Only the Ultra5 125U variant of the IT12 supports PD power delivery via its USB4 port; other IT12 CPU versions do not.
- For our current product models that support booting via USB4 power input, the external power supply must meet the 100W (20V 5A) requirement. If the power source does not comply with this specification, the unit will fail to power on or shut down unexpectedly during operation due to insufficient power.
- The USB‑C power supply used must deliver a stable 100W (20V 5A) output and must not reduce power output caused by overheating. This is the key difference between chargers and power adapters.
