Under normal circumstances, even an ordinary USB flash drive with slow speed or high power consumption should not cause both Wi‑Fi and the keyboard to drop out, let alone corrupt the Windows system.
Please perform a cross‑test to determine whether the fault lies with the system or hardware:
- Repeatedly press the DEL or ESC key during power‑on or restart until you enter the BIOS menu.
- Plug in USB drives at this stage. You may test multiple USB drives on different ports several times, and check whether the keyboard stops responding upon USB insertion within the BIOS interface.
If the issue does not occur, the problem originates from the system side, and reinstalling the system should resolve it. If the fault persists, it is likely a hardware‑related issue. Please contact customer support for return or replacement service.
