Bluetooth failed on A6 under Linux Mint

I am running Linux Mint on my A6 and trying to connect Bluetooth headphones, but the connection keeps failing. I open Bluetooth Devices and tick the option to enable Bluetooth, which seems to work normally. However, when I click Adapter, the drop‑down menu only shows the Exit option. Is there any solution for this issue?

As different Linux distributions ship with varying kernel versions, it is possible that the customer’s current kernel lacks support for this network adapter, resulting in abnormal Bluetooth functionality.
