GEEKOM provides a 30-day refund & return policy. You can reach out to our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, with all tags intact, and in resalable condition.
If consumers initiate order cancellation before shipment and within 48 hours, they can cancel their orders without incurring additional fees.
Note: If a return is not due to quality issues, GEEKOM will charge a 5% fee (service and handling fees).
1. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.”
