The HDMI port is not easily damaged. When a fault occurs, it may result in no display or screen flickering. This issue can be resolved using the following methods.
Diagnosis
- Check the display connection cable and replug it.
- Use the original HDMI cable provided by GEEKOM.
- Try switching to another HDMI port.

Monitor signal reception is abnormal (high probability)
The monitor cannot automatically detect the input signal port and requires manual operation. For example, if it defaults to recognizing the signal source from the HDMI1 port, connecting to HDMI2 will prevent automatic switching, resulting in the screen displaying "No Signal".Please refer to the monitor's user manual and manually control the buttons on the back of the screen to switch the input signal mode. -
Incompatibility with the monitor (low probability)
Please first verify whether the product's multi-display function is normal: while the first monitor is connected, connect another monitor and observe whether the monitor can display. Please verify if the product display interface is normal: Connect only one monitor and switch the originally normally displaying monitor to the display interface of the non-displaying monitor to see if the monitor can display normally. -
Update the latest graphics card driver
Please visit the CPU official website to download the corresponding driver installation assistant. The driver installation assistant will provide the latest device drivers, select and install the graphics card. Reinstall the graphics card driver
Please go to the GEEKOM technical support website https://service.geekompc.com/, download the graphics driver for the corresponding model — Graphics (VGA).The drivers on the GEEKOM technical support website are not the latest versions but have undergone stability testing and verification, making them more compatible with GEEKOM products.
