Power off with no display

Symptom

The device fails to power on, and the BIOS interface does not display at all.  
The adapter is properly connected to the power outlet, but when the power button is pressed, the LED on the power button does not light up, and the monitor shows no response.  

Possible cause: Power supply issue.

Case 1:Device Short Circuit

• Solution:

Please contact customer service and provide the device's model number and serial number (SN),the customer service team will determine based on the SN (Serial Number).

If you need to retain data: A short circuit does not affect the data on the hard drive. Your personal data will still remain on the internal hard drive of the device. You can remove the hard drive, connect it to an external hard drive enclosure or another computer to back up the data, and then reinstall the hard drive into the faulty device. After the device is returned, all data on the hard drive will be completely erased.

Case 2:Adapter Damaged

• Verification Method:

  Typically, this involves adapters of the brand MOSO (Maoshuo 120W). Under normal circumstances, as long as this brand's adapter is powered on, its green LED indicator will remain steadily lit. If the light is off, it indicates that the adapter is damaged.

  

• Solution:

  Contact customer support to request a replacement adapter.

Case 3:The power outlet has no electricity

• Verification Method:

  After switching to another outlet, the machine can now power on normally.

• Solution:

  Use a power outlet with stable electricity supply.
